Is it possible to connect both a master and slave in flight simulator mode so that the person that will be working the camera on the slave can train with the person that is flying the inspire 1 on the master (at the same time)?  If this is possible, does the person using the slave in the flight simulator have full control of the camera as if it were a real flight?

Not really since the simulator does not show a camera (FPV) view.
