Also have  purchased the Osmo plus and have noticed that the video is not stabilised as good as the Osmo. In the footage it has a shake or rattle when we walk with it. It is no where near as good as the original. Is there something that we can do or should it be returned to be checked? And the focus is no good, how do we make it like the Osmo 1.
We love what these can do when they work but the Osmo plus is brand new and we missed out on a lot of footage on our last shoot as we just can't use it, looks like hand held phone footage.

You mean you sent the product in to DJI service center  within replacement period and get a new one, right?

Yes, The first Osmo went back to the place of purchase and we received a new one from them, now this one has stopped working. Just for interest I put the x3 from the Osmo that doesn't work onto the handle of the Osmo Plus and the x3 works fine and shows that it has the latest firmware. So looks like the Handle from the first one is Stuffed.

On the second issue I will upload video tomorrow.

The warranty will not start again with the replacement.
If the handle stops working, then it needs to be sent in for evaluation.

I understand how to walk with the Osmo as we have had the Osmo 1 for a while and the footage is great and I would expect the same from the Osmo Plus. We know how to use it and as you can see from the footage it is sub standard. Is it defective? and if so can we get it replaced or change it for the standard x3?
We love the Osmo and the footage it gives us is amazing but this Osmo plus is not working properly. Do we take it back to where we got it from or do you have a service agent in Brisbane, Australia we can send it to.

Can we also send in the other handle for inspection?

I just looked at our footage again and it is not the bobbing up and down I'm worried about it is the shake which makes it look like we don't have any stabilisation. You can see hand shake when standing still.

I did a test today with both cameras.

To help see the problem better I have done a Video on each.

This should so what I'm talking about.

The settings on both cameras are the same and I am standing still looking at the same scene, you can see the Osmo plus "shaking"

I would like to find out the activation date for my Ronin S I purchased from buydig.com open box.

It didnt look used at all but when I tried to purchase DJI Refresh,  I was greeted with ( see screenshot )

Please help is there a way to purchase refresh even after the 30 day activation limit?
