Thanks the SN is 06PDCJ12021360 and this is a warranty Osmo, does the warranty start again with the replacement?
Also have purchased the Osmo plus and have noticed that the video is not stabilised as good as the Osmo. In the footage it has a shake or rattle when we walk with it. It is no where near as good as the original. Is there something that we can do or should it be returned to be checked? And the focus is no good, how do we make it like the Osmo 1.
You mean you sent the product in to DJI service center within replacement period and get a new one, right?
