just got my phantom 3 , downloaded the DJI go app which said i have new firmware, i downloaded but it failed, the weird thing it shows my aircraft version as 1.8.10 and dji go app version as 3.1.2, i checked the mini sd card for update but nothing in folder, what can i do?

Could you please clarify what mobile device you are using?
Please try to reinstall the DJI GO app and re-link RC with aircraft then check your current firmware version again.

Hi, I also have the latest DJI GO on an iphone 6Plus, but I can't get my P3A to synch up (new, first time).  All systems turned on and fully charged.  Watched all the videos -- what's the trick pls?

Please make sure the internet is great, any error messages popping up?
We want to know more details to locate the issue.

My update took 4 attempts to get the drone to take it.  Works fine.
