I've been using an iPad Air 2 with my Phantom 4 and the Dji go 4 app. Works great but it's a bit big so I decided to get a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7". Have to say it was rubbish. Fortunately Tesco have a 30 day change your mind policy so took it back and got an iPad Mini 4. It's perfect.

I was thinking about an Tab A 7" also. What were the issues? Also their is a huge price difference between the two tablets which can be almost quadrupled between them.

Hey guys, I am using a Galaxy Tab 7A which I bought exclusively for use with the drone. I have not encountered any issues. I am also piloting a Phantom 3S and DJI Go. What issues are you having? I purchased mine on Amazon for under $100 a few weeks ago, and couldn't be happier.
