Hi,

I received my Mavic fly more combo last week and my mavic has mushy/soft image on right hand side
I found that so many people has experienced.
I spoke through online chat yesterday and advised me to write to support@dji.com (396563 my inquiry number) but I still havent heard anything yet
I feel a bit frustrated that because I pre ordered this long while back, in October and I received only last week before my holiday coming up and received lemon
Can someone please return to my email or here to let me know when my mavic sensor issue can be fixed?

besides, I am going to bring the drone on my holiday first and then get it fixed once I come back

PS: mavic just flies effortlessly, indoor or outdoor!!!

I have the same problem and leave for Australia in two weeks. Just arrived yesterday so want to try and get this sorted out ASAP.

it's got nothing to do with autofocus softness....
i used to be freelance photographer....so softness of image is noticeable either caused by Focus or something not right with the lens

got new replacement, but this time is left side that is blurry. This replacement is better than previous one, but I am still not satisfied enough
just emailed dji@support.com to take a look at this again!!! *sigh*
