Purchase of Care Refresh fails during payment

I'm trying to purchase Care Refresh for my Inspire 2. Just after I've entered my credit card details I get this message:

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:10.5.1 500 Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.


Do you know if there's any problems your end ? I've tried twice, not sure I should continue..

Edit: I've check with my bank and they have seen no payments coming through. Also I checked the DJI Care Refresh check and that says I don't have it.

Oh. I tried again and it failed. Of interest perhaps was, the use of Chrome as a browser. I've just repeated the process by using the Microsoft Edge browser and it's worked fine.

The really strange thing is.. is that the payment process is completely different between the two browsers.

We checked the system for DJI Care Refresh, it's working fine.
And according to the error message popped up on the page, there might be something wrong with the website, I just found this online, hope the link below helps:
