This card is Okey for Zenmuse X5 ? Because I don't understand the difference between Extreme and Extreme PRO !

I think this card is good to capture 4K.

The Extreme and the Extreme Pro have similar reading speed (90/95 mb/s) but the write speed of the Exreme Pro is much higher (40/90). Both SD cards are gread and would work quite wil with the X5.

I have 2 Sandisk 64GB Extreme  Pro cards that worked fine in my Phantom 3, but will not work in my Inspire 1.  I was told in another forum that there is an issue with 64gb cards with the inspire.  When I used the 64 gb cards, after 4 minutes of flying, I noticed the slider was switching back and forth from video to photo on the app.  The inspire 1 was unable to format the card.  Formatted both cards in PC fine, then put into Inspire and it formatted the cards, but same would happen after about 4 minutes again.

So I tried the 16gb card that came with the inspire and al is well.

The most I have used is a 32GB Sandisk.  The 16GB cards are generally big enough for flight times and you can swap them out after each flight if necessary.  I tend to just use a 32GB for about three flights and never have any problems.  Obviously after downloading images etc. I delete the card ready for next time.

We actually had trouble with the Sandisk 64GB. So, we switched to the PNY 64GB and it's been working great.

Lexar High-Performance MicroSDXC 633x 64GB UHS-I/U3 Flash Memory Card LSDMI64GBBNL633R

I have tried two different capacity versions of this exact series of Lexar card. The I2 would not reliably recognise either of them, saying can't read SD card. Not even format it. Ejected and re-inserted and it would be recognised - sometimes. Took them back to the store. Used the Sandisk that came with the I2 and it was fine every time.

The only difference you would notice between the pro and plus would be you would save a few seconds offloading the video to your computer after filming (assuming you have usb 3.0. If you only have usb 2.0 it will make no difference)... Filming wise and photography wise all three cards will do the same thing. Many people like the samsung cards too.

I stick with Sandisk just because they have been doing memory cards since the beginning and I've never had an issue with them. Brand name is personal preference though.. These days half the cards are rebranded anyways.  Hope this helps.

The DJI Manual lists Samsung cards, but I can't seem to get the fast cards in Australia. They are listed on the Samsung web site, but can't get them through their online shop, and no retailer has them

You may need to format the card with a PC to Fat32. Am I right here folks?

FAT32 will limit your record time to 2GB. Far to small if you record 4K. Reformat to exFAT. Then you can have large file that can be read by PC or MAC.
