Getting corrupted DNG and MOV files useing the following microSD card:

Sandisk ExtremePro microSDXC V30 (128GB, Class 10)

Any idea? Do other P4P users have the same behaviour?

I have the same issues with corrupted MOVs. Not all, just a few at random.

Do you have PC or Mac?  MP4 PC work best. MOV work best on Mac.

Is this changeable in the settings? I've had no issues with 2 .mov but today I transferred a video and my pc says can't play it.

Max supported is 64gb, you realize that right?

Ack, just checked, the P4P is indeed 128, sorry. Personally I'd try another card though. Bigger is not always better, it's hard to fill even a 32gb card.

According the DJI Specs for the P4P+ the following requirements are valid:
Supported SD Cards: Micro SD
Max Capacity: 128GB
Write speed ≥15MB/s, Class 10 or UHS-1 rating required

I get randomly corrupted PNG and MOV files importing them from the SD card to the PC!
File size is ok but the file is not readable on the PC.

If I'm shooting a 5 picture burst JPG and PNG from time to time one PNG is corrupted!

I'll try the next time another 128GB SD card to if that helps...

A side note that if you have really precious video that appears corrupt, this software has worked for me a few times to save the day:

http://grauonline.de/cms2/?page_id=5

You just need a short sample of video shot on the same device and with the same settings. The software then uses the good structure to reconstruct the corrupt video file.

You can try by repairing half of the file for free to see if it works successfully.

I've tested another microSD card:

Lexar Professional 1000x microSDXC UHS-3 with my Phantom 4 Pro+

It does NOT work at all!
Done a low level format (exFAT) on the new card. Works fine in the PC but not in  the Phantom 4 Pro.

Additionaly I low level formated (exFAT) my first microSD card as well:
Sandisk ExtremePro microSDXC V30 (128GB, Class 10)

It works fine on the ground with my Phantom 4 Pro+. No problems so far with corrupted PNG or MOV files!
I've to test it in flight at the weekend. There is still a certain chance that the prop vibrations or the temperatures around freezing temperatures are causing the corrupted files...

I use the 64gb version of this card no problem.   8 did switch from .mov to .mp4 format and had couple playback issues but just settings not corrupted videos as forst expected.

Try formatting the card in the aircraft. See if that work better.

Having same issue now with MOV and mp4 files (shot in 1080p at 24fps or 60fps). With mp4 files, some software in Windows can play the files fine, while other software can play the files but an error of some sort is detected, so the files play back choppy. As for the MOV files, they play in nothing. Still images load fine though. BTW, MOV, mp4, and jpg files from 3 different DSLRs and 2 other Phantom quads play completely fine on all my PCs. Should I return the P4P for servicing or could this be resolved by a firmware update?

I've tested another microSD card:

Lexar Professional 1000x microSDXC UHS-3 with my Phantom 4 Pro+

Those Lexar cards are giving a lot of people grief, best to avoid them. They do not appear to be able to sustain a fast enough writing speed.

I've used the following SD card last weekend:

- Sandisk ExtremePro microSDHC U3 (32GB, Class 10)

All my file corruption problems are history! The P4P is very picky with the supported SD cards!
It would be nice if DJI could post a list with tested SD cards that will work! Only one of three cards have been working correctly in my P4P...

I have the same problem - SanDisk Ultra 128GB - Class 10.   I get randomly corrupted videos (typically the first few I record) and the P4P will spontaneously stop recording in flight.
I'd assumed it was a problem with my P4P as I posted before on this subject and had no replies - interesting to see others are seeing the same thing.

There must be a common cause - it would be great if DJI would investigate...   it's pretty easy to reproduce.

i too am having issues with 4k video becoming corrupted and unreadable on my mac.
I'm using the h265 codec shooting 4k at 30fps in .mov format,
using SAN disk extreme plus 64gb U3

25% of the clips shot are saying they are corrupt.

coincidently, when i connect to sd card from the iPad in djigo4 app, i can replay all the video clips successfully.

Any guidance or suggestions greatly appreciated.
