Recieved Fly more combo and noticed one of the clips on the side of the carry bag is missing. I don't know if I am reporting it to the right place.
Sent several E-mails nac and forthwith someone from Zendesk at support, and a call, which was supposed to open a case, but I don't know how to check.
It is just the clip on the bag. How complicated can that be?
I am thinking I must not have contacted the right people.
