I've order from our store a brand new mavic pro with the dji care refresh together.
When I put the serial number of my mavic pro it write to me that my mavic don't have the care refresh, but on your website is write that if we bought together the mavic pro with the dji care refresh it's automatically activated.
How can i know that is ok ?

I'm sure a DJI rep will chime in, but I also purchased the Mavic and Care Refresh on the same order via the DJI Store website. A few days after shipping I received an email from DJI concerning Care Refresh. The email notified me the service is active, provided an agreement number, and lots of additional info. However, it was not entirely clear to me that there was no further action needed on my part, and a quick blurb to make that clear to the customer would be very helpful.

I never get any email from DJI about the Care Refresh I don't understand why..

You don't have to do anything at all when you purchase Care Refresh at the same time you purchase the drone form DJI's store. Still, you should have received the activation email -- it could be that you entered an incorrect email address if you also never received an emailed receipt, or that the activation email is trapped in your junk mail/spam filter for some reason.

If you can't find the email, I'd recommend contacting support so they can confirm your Care Refresh activation.

They won't activate the refresh plan until your drone is ready to ship.  That way you're not paying for coverage and the clock doesn't start ticking until you actually have the drone in your possession.

Hi, thank you for your information, we'll look into this. Since it's Chinese New Year, the response might come a bit later. Don't worry about it though, it will be covered anyway if there's an accident that happens during this period.
