Please don't take this the wrong way. I honestly mean this supportively, and not critically. If you are asking this question, you should stop flying your Mavic immediately and read the manual cover to cover. If you already did so, you should read the manual cover to cover again. You should also know how the drone will react both when GPS is available and when it is not. Also, what might happen if you turn off the remote when you didn't have a home point set? Not knowing these answers are all recipes for you to lose your drone, and the manual (and certainly this forum) are your best defenses against losing your drone or worse yet injuring somebody. |
