I received "Mavic Pro Flight Combo" over the weekend. Just had a test flight over lunch.
The cause of the delay as the monitor hood, which I asked to be cancelled and refunded. It would be nice if the DJI order management system reflected actual ship times for each ordered item.
I also made queries over live chat (not helpful at all) and called the hotline at least twice in China to chase up on payment confirmation and ship date. Good thing I speak Mandarin.
DJI - love your products, but online ordering experience leaves much to be desired. Hopefully you can take my feedback to improve. |
