I opened my account with a phantom 4 works great been flying my phantom 4 on it with no problem.. I use an apple iphone 7 plus and an iPad mini... my friend bought a phantom 3 and brought it to my house .. he has an android phone but didn't have it on him.. so I started up his drone on my account.. it flys no problem on my account using my iPhone... since then he created an accoun on his android and we fallowed all the steps connecting it to his wifi on his phone and it still says disconnected in camera view.. what are we doing wrong? Still flys on my account but won't connect on his account... do I need to remove it from my account? Please help extremely frustrated...

Not to belittle you helping a friend, but it might have been a better choice to use a device not associated with a drone already.
