Hello,

I am building a M600 Pro and I want to use it for mapping. I am using the Ronin MX with a Canon 5Ds camera. How do I hook the camera to the A3 on the M600 to automaticaly trigger the camera when using apps such as DJI GS Pro, dronedeploy, Maps made easy etc? Thanks for any info

Hi man. We've got same problem as you, but we use "only" 5D Mark II ... but we don't know how to auto-trigger camera. Every possible set-up is done.

No solution then?

Map Pilot can trigger 3rd party cameras using our onboard computer system. We aren't selling it as a standalone kit yet but we have had great results triggering the a7R at less than 1 second intervals over large areas. The final outputs are among the best we have seen.

That's great- let us know when it's available standalone!  The A7r is a fantastic camera- use it on our fixed wing with incredible results.

We also have a system for super accurate geotag insertion. It automatically handles the synchronization of the imagery with a specific sample in our log file, inserts the tags and lets you download them for further processing.

We have only made custom cables for Sony and Canon cameras so far but there is no reason it won't work for the GH4 as long as we can find a suitable connector. The triggering has to be done with our interface in order for the geotag insertion to work properly.

Has anyone here tried the Seagull #MAP2 camera trigger with a Matrice 100 or 600?

MapsMadeEasy, are there any plans to sell the Ninja onboard computer stand-alone?

Also, BS99 and MapsMadeEasy, are you externally powering the A7R (its battery is very small, isn't it)? We're contemplating a Nikon D810 vs D750 vs Sony A7R on a Matrice 600.

Sorry for a late reply, but I am trying to get Seagull #MAP-X triggering a Sony a7 on a M600 Pro (A3 controller). When setting up the F-channels in DJI Assistant 2, it seems I can ony set up either Mission start/stop *or* the  SS-T mode. But not at the same time. What am I doing wrong here?
