My mavic has arrived and I have paid for the extra DJI care.
I took out the care package on 29th Jan and noticed when checking the emailed agreement the SD number for the Mavic was wrong by two numbers. I have tried to ring but never got through, the online chat help told me to email in which I did but still no responce!!

TEmail ticked number is 367205

I just need to get th SN number changed.

I also dont understand how I can take out a care plan for a SN number thats different to the Mavic I have activated and DJI know I own??

Any DJI staff out there that can help??

Are you sure you're looking at the right SN in the aircraft?

Mike, they will get back to you, but right now everything is slow or not moving because of  the Chinese New Year. I'm sure they will straighten everything else when they get back to work. I think it's the 2nd week of February.

I took this care out a week ago and still no help from DJI - as far as I know I am paying for insurance that does not cover my Mavic !!

And live chat is down again !

At least DJI customer service is consistently - bad !
