Its not in the list of availabe networks

Hello RMH455, have you tried to reset the wifi?
What mobile device you are using? Have you tried to change another mobile device to search the wifi?

I am having the same issue with my sons Phantom Standard 3. Its been more than 2 weeks no matter where we are located and what device we use the wifi is not showing on the list of connections

Silly question ... do you have the remote turned on?
Sorry but just had to ask.

You try to:
Turn on controller
Turn on Drone
Open up (approved) mobile device and check to see if the Phantom pops up in your WiFi list of options and select it.
Light on Controller should go green when the units are linked and WiFi is established. You should be able to open the DJI GO app and check out the screen for the status of the setup.
