If you're having issues with your Mavic RC, DJI Support may ask for your RC data. Here's how to export it.

I have forwarded your RC data to our engineers. Please connect your aircraft to DJI assistant and export the flight data as well. Thank you for your cooperation.

The aircraft data only 29.28KB which is too small. I think the data is not correct one.
Besides, our engineers have checked your RC data.  And except the flight data, they want to check the vision data as well.
Here's the screenshot for your reference.
Could you please export all the flight data and vison data on 08/04/2017?

Sorry Mindy, I do not see 'Flight record' at "DJI Assistant 2" - II; my menu has:

Firmware Update
Data Upload (with the same icon than your Flight Record)
Flight Data (that opens Data Viewer)
Black Box
Simulator
WIFI settings
And within Data Upload I have only Flight Index, Date and Data File, nor Flight Control Fine or Vision Module File

If needed I can let your engineers to have a local session (teamviewer) to my computer so they can see the app

Did you install the latest DJI Assistant?
Could you please try to export all the data file?

I have checked your screenshot and confirmed by myself. The vision module has been merged with the flight data.
Could you please export all the data to me?Sorry to have take up so much of your time.

I'm afraid i've deleted it; everything on the mavic is starting the 10/04 -and this was the 08/04
All i've got is on my ipad (flight record at DGI GO 4) and in the cloud... may that help?

I'm afraid you will need to send it in for further evaluation.
Or if you want, you could try to test the aircraft but please be more careful.

I have tried multiple times to export the Black Box Data from the RC. Every time it says exporting with a wheel. It never finishes. It goes until the controller shuts down. Is this normal amount  of Time?
