I ordered mine 3 weeks ago on the 15th of January and they still have not shipped.  Yet once again YouTube V-Blog guys are getting their orders filled within 10 days.
has anyone else that is not an important PR customer gotten their order yet and when did you order it?  

If someone from DJI is reading this my order number is 0018276080937 and I would really like to know what is happening with the ND filter orders.

Some people have received them within a couple of days of ordering. I ordered mine on 13 January and they have shipped but I have not received them yet. Check your account online as mine said shipped before I received email confirmation of shipping.

I know it's done in a regional way but some people in the USA are getting theirs right away and other wait for a month.  Can DJI Ken please chime in and give me some sort of estimate.

Mine is still sitting at "Pay confirmed".  They took the money from my PayPal account 21 days ago, they have even changed it from Authorized to Pay Confirm 4 days ago and yet it is not shipped.  What is going on DJI.

I ordered 20 days ago direct from DJI along with a battery and charging hub, no sign of delivery.

I spoke via chat to DJI yesterday, they told me all my items are in stock but my order will not be despatched until 23 Feb!!  WTF...

Very poor service, and I am one very disappointed customer.

If I had known delivery would take over 5 weeks from payment, I simply would not have ordered.

DJI cancelled the order that I had placed on Jan 17. I had emailed them on Jan 28 to say that I would be leaving for overseas within the next few weeks, so if they couldn't ship them within that timeframe, I'd rather cancel the order. After no reply to my Jan 28 email, I suddenly received a notification on Feb 9 that my order had been canceled.

Ordered my filters (and some other things)  on the 18th of January and am still waiting.  Had one of the Chat Reps tell me they are all ready to go last week but of course, still haven't received a shipping notification.  None of this stuff makes since.  I feel like my stuff is in a corner somewhere and because at one point they were backordered, someone put a note on it saying for it to go out Feb 20th (the date I used to get repeatedly).  Who knows...the problem is even more compounded and problematic for me because they are supposed to be coming with a couple more batteries and the charging hub.  This whole situation has been extremely frustrating and confusing.  

If anyone from DJI sees this stuff, can you please send my order?

Ordered mine 3 Feb off official Amazon DJI store and it says my order will arrive between Mar 3 - Mar 13. A joke to say the least.

filter question...do the ISO and shutter speed settings adapt automatically (and optimally) when the filters are installed? Or is it mandatory that you manually select those settings when using filters? (new to filters..thanks)

Yes it should automatically adapt. Adapting optimally is up for discussion, I would personally say not necessarily. I would recommend you use manual settings whether you are using filters or not.

That's why I asked: I did the same last week after I saw jtylercook's comment and got essentially the same results: mine shipped in one business day -- after my "Official DJI Store" order had gone nowhere for days.

Ordered mine Jan 12th, received an email a couple of weeks ago to expect them in March.
At the time I ordered them there was no mention that this was going to be a pre-order so I assumed they were in stock.... Obviously I was wrong ;-(

I'm in the UK as Crazyhorse019 is. He got his in 3-4 days. How is that?

I've only seen one person mention cracking, though maybe there are more I haven't come across. To be honest, after seeing for myself how easy they are to apply and remove it's hard for me to imagine cracking one, though I'm sure it's possible and they definitely do seem more fragile than the Tacos and Polars.
