I have read forum after forum on this. There seems to be no clear answer.

All I want to know is what mode does the drone operate in Canada FCC or CE?

I'm in Northwestern Ontario.
Mine seems to be CE 3.5kms.

I've noticed if you set the video transmission to manual mode you can change the birate of the live feed. As you change the setting it shows the maximum expected range (mine only gets 3.5km max)

I posted the same query a few days back (P3S) .  it stemmed from me looking around in the settings and trying to set my max distance out to 1000m, it was a no go...500m was the max setting.  a member replied telling me to leave that parameter blank and it would get max distance ( conditions permitting i assume).   i too cant find any confirmation on whether we in canada are fcc or ce.
