when they sent my labels it was 3 days after the RMA was issued, they are not the quickes on service

My shipping label arrived, and now my drone is on its way to California.  Thanks for your help, and wish me luck.  I cannot wait to get flying again.

i sent mine out on the 6th before he even got his shipping label but i still havent gotten my drone back yet. it has been at the california office since last tuesday the 14th. my unit was a damaged on arrival. i sent the full fly more bundle back.

How will my case be escalated ?!?! I never gave you my case number. According to chat and mods my case has already been "escalated" and I called DJI in California and he said it could be possibly a few more weeks ?!?! This is beyond frustrating.
