That's not what I was looking for but for some coincidence, it comes in use pretty well. The very thing is, this PDF actually doesn't load as it supposes to for some reason. In my case, it opens as just a blank or blurry page, but it sorts itself out if to upload it through the PDF editor. I used this one https://form-cd-401s.pdffiller.com/ e.g., Acrobat Pro supposes to fit as well, but this one is cheaper nevertheless. All I do is just uploading this file and saving as a new one - and that's all, now it opens properly
