Check your can bus connection.  That is where you get your OSD info.  

Thanks Tahoe check all connections made our own cables no luck bought original dji cables and nothing. Video 100% ( alt,voltage,satellite,etc reads 0%.

That is correct.

You need a valid video source to get telemetry data, do you have a solid video?

Hi everything works fine video looks good video its the only showing 100 % signal. GPS,ALT,BATTERY,ETC.always show 0%.

That has to be a controller/can bus issue.  That is where the Lightbridge gets the OSD information.  Can you show us your connections?

Sorry but cant send fotos. In my understand if the Samsung isn't in the list it wont work.I got a Samsung note pro 12.2 and its not in the list.Would that be the reason for not working.

i have two experience. this connection can help u.  
firstly, my LB1 used my QAV500 + LB1 + NAZA m V2 system.
In this connection, i need not additional IOSD. all telemetry is ok. this connection used  cable including X60 connector tip in LB1 package.
Second, i removed LB1 in my QAV500.  i used LB1 to my new S1000+ + Zenmuse GH4 + A2 system.
second system not show telemetry information. consequently i resolved using additional IOSD mark II. now telemetry information is appeared.
