According to the DJI website there is a VIP phone support service in Europe.

Can anyone let me know the number as I have been unable to find it!

I rang the standard UK support number but they did not know any way to get hold of someone from the Care Refresh team.

I don't think they have. My friend asked for the same thing and they told him to email djicare@dji.com instead

Mike, since telephone support is not available in some regions, then you can contact our support via djicare@dji.com as Alice mentioned, our DJI Care team will help you handle the case.
Also you can describe the problems here, we'd like to try our best to help you.

I have now sent them four emails at djicare@dji.com since the 29th of January. No response - not even an automated response!

I took out the care package for a Mavic on 29th Jan and noticed when checking the emailed agreement the SD number for the Mavic was wrong.

I just need to get th SN number changed so the Care Refreshed that I am paying for will actually cover my Mavic!

Any help would be great,

I have had two automated email saying they will deal with it but it is now 3 weeks!

How can it take three weeks to get hold of someone to change a serial number!!
