CAS-423367-Q6M4P3 I opened a case with PayPal item not as described after I sent my defective Mavic back and could not get any response from DJI. I made it very clear to PayPal I wanted it replaced. Tonight I got a shipping number from service but it doesn't look like it shipped yet. 1 hour later I got an email from PayPal saying my payment was refunded. What is really going on. Has the shipment been cancelled do I need to reorder. Or can service send me an invoice for the replacement?

There doesn't seem to be an invoice, so it should be a warranty repair.  Are you complaining that you got the money back and have a replacement drone at the same time?
