Hi,

today I received my Mavic Fly More Combo from DJI store (bought together with DJI Care Refresh).

Last Thursday I received the DJI care refresh service Agreement per mail. The Service agreement was issued for  Aircraft S/N08QDDB2A1203BV and Gimbal S/N 092DDB500201KX

But I received a Aircraft with the following serial number: 08QDE1J01203FS I checked the DJI care refresh status of my aircraft online and I can’t find a coverage of my delivered aircraft:

Does anyone had the same issue?

Shipment date was: Feb 8th (see pic. 2)

The agreement was sent on Feb. 09th and is valid from Feb 10 2017 (2 days after shipment) till Feb 10th 2018.

  

But the serial numbers from the delivered Mavic and the agreement doesn’t match!!!

HI, I have the same issue. When I bought dji care I registered it under the s/n on  the case cover bar code label. My s/n on drone doesn't match. I would appreciate any help Thanks.
