I first recieve my mavic fly more combo Novermber 2016 from my wife has a christmas gift.. did all the update with the old DJI frimware 2.  Did three flights with no problems and there after new update DJI 4 frimware came out and i install it to my mini Ipad and so after that took the Mavic out for a flight not to far from my RTH point I lost all my GPS signal, unit went in to ATTI  Mode, fought the mavic to get it back due to wind and drift but got home safely with out crashing it..I did all new calibration to the compass and the IMU mulitple different ways and even got support intervention involve the unit no longer lock GPS whats so ever Lots of error kept pop up on the screen. so, in the end i  returning it back for repairs.  here's is what DJI Tech ended up finding what they going to do with my Mavic .

All this is going to be replace sadly to said i just came back from a awesome trip which i was counting on my mavic for video shoot has anyone have this happen to your unit? I'm still waitng on the unit to be return back to me..But with all this said, DJI support.. so far has been very good in helping to resolve these issue.

Put you case number so one of the DJI mod can followup for you...

I don't think he's looking for them to check on the progress; he seems to just want to know if anyone else has had similar problems.

are you saying they are charging you to fix those items?  Or was  it covered by  warranty?

From the invoice it appears to be covered as a warranty repair, and rightly so from the description of what happened.

Are you asking for the DJI CAS number assign to me for service repairs

Sorry... But the picture you put up is NOT clear.  So far I had my MP since October never had the issue of loosing GPS, EXCEPT  when I am inside which I only turn on to check but NEVER fly inside.

Looks like your total amount is $0.00 so covered by warranty.
