I use the Manfrotto Advanced Camera and Laptop Backpack Tri M - its perfect for carrying the Mavic, two spare batteries, DSLR with spare lense and my tablet and spares.

I'm not sure that there is a perfect answer from my experience I have a whole collection of backpacks of varying sizes and styles that I have used for particular scenarios, and there in lies the problem.  When I'm travelling abroad for a couple of weeks I tend to use my ThinkTank Airport Essentials https://www.thinktankphoto.com/c ... /airport-essentials as it holds everything but still fits under an airline seat. But then if I'm just going out for  a day I might just use my Eagle Creek backpack or an old Lowepro Sport pack which is lightweight and more breathable on my back.  The advantage of the Mavic for me is that it is about the size of one of my lenses so it just fits into any of them without too much of a problem.

Good luck in your quest

I feel your pain. I've got two Lowepro Pro Runner BP 450 AW II backpacks and I still have to carry extra packs for a full setup. DSLR and all my lenses in one. Mavic, Osmo, and GoPros with all the accessories in the other. Then I've got 3 Manfrotto Tripods and a slider with a computerized 3 axis gimbal to pack up. So I have to pick and choose what I'm going to bring by what kind of shooting I want to do that day. They just don't make a backpack big enough for just my DSLR equipment, a Mavic, and all my GoPro accessories.

I should add, that I can carry all DJI fly more kit, D810-70-200 mounted, 15" MacBook (not all 15inch machines will fit) and tons of other crap that I won't bother typing, you get the idea.

My absolute favorite is:

THIS

I normally carry my Nikon D750, a few lenses (even my 200-500mm fits great) and on top the Mavic with batteries and remote - this is my nearly perfect backpack
Place for laptop or iPad as well

This is a really useful topic, I'm wondering what the smallest bag that will take the Mavic, its controller, an extra battery or two along with the D750 and a 28-300mm or similar (despite the range it's not that big a lens) .  The pictures and videos  with the Mavic and camera are really useful as it's pretty much impossible to gauge the size looking at pictures.  I have a Lowepro Slingshot 100 (the smallest one) which takes the D750 and a couple of lenses, without the camera it also takes the Mavic, controller and spare battery - there's quite a lot of spare room around the Mavic but not quite enough for the Nikon.  I've had a look at the newer, bigger Slingshot as I think just a little bigger would be enough (as long as I can get some padding between the Mavic and the DSLR) - it even shows the Mavic folded up in there although not sure if it would fit a camera as well:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B013MC8H2A?ref=emc_b_5_i

I have a bigger camera backpack similar to some of the Manfrotto ones posted here, I'm sure it will take the Mavic, D750 and some other bits but it's a pretty big bag.

I got this one... Cheap and chearful!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/132003 ... =STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Holds my G7 Lumix and GoPro in the bottom with cables etc. Then the pocket above it holds all my Mavic cables/charger etc with a flannel placed on top of them (protects the Mavic, and useful for any dirt/grass/moisture on the Mavic after flight) and then the controller sits on top of the Mavic with the foam thing that the controller sat in, in the original packaging. Batteries sit in the back pocket in their original box with a mini flexible tripod

Following thread. Everyday backpack looks good but I'd like something that a bit more versatile.

Sorry guys are interfering, just nowhere can I find information.I'm going to travel, around SE Asia & India for 6 months and need to buy a suitable backpack to take with me to put all my stuff in.Before that, I used The Kelty Fleet M / L 55 in it I carried all my valuables; a laptop, a photo camera, a phone, and all documents, and bank cards. But he was too uncomfortable, plus because of him, I hurt my shoulder. Now I'm looking for that more conveniently. Looked here https://bestoutdooritems.com/best-smell-proof-backpacks/ there are interesting options, can someone recommend what it is better to choose? Also, you can see a very cool video about travel backpacks))

Funny. I always carried drones in a box. I know this is stupid, my drone is expensive, but I still have not purchased a case.

I am thinking of putting a drone in one of the bags on this site https://outdoorsly.org/, having previously bought a normal case for the drone.

There's no such thing as a perfect backpack and what works for one will not necessarily work for another.
Having said that I personally use LowePro ProTactic 450AW, which will fit, depending on internal configuration:
- up to 3 full-size DSLRs with several lenses (7 lenses would fit, provided we're not talking about 70-200 or one of long teles)
- two FF DSLRs with lenses on , both accessible without taking the backpack off your back, a laptop and still has upper half available for whatever I need
- FF DSLR with lens, Mavic 2 with SRC and up to three extra batteries (both accessible without taking backpack off your back), laptop and still has upper half available for whatever I need
- two FF DSLRs with lenses on (both accessible without taking the backpack off your back), Mavic 2 with SRC and up to three extra batteries (accessible from top), laptop – and two extra lenses should fit as well

I'd better recommend to reasearch all expert resources with gear review first. And only then try to make a purchase.
In case you are looking for NorthFace Backpack here's the full review.
