Anyone have trouble with birds attacking their drone?

We have a lot of Western Gulls (seagulls) in our area, and they're getting increasingly curious and/or aggressive when I fly. I'm concerned that one of them might try to bite or claw my Phantom in midair and send one or both of them tumbling out of the sky.

Are seagulls smart enough not to bite a propeller?

I had a tiny swallow take out my P3P! I've had close calls with seagulls. I have State Farm Insurance on my P3P's.

I have to land when gulls are in the area of my Phantom 4.  They do come in very fast and circle.
Me....Not going to give them the chance to damage my  UAS.
I think that because the Phantom is white,  they become extra interested.
Crows,,,,no problem.  Hawks......no problem.....Gulls.......Land drone.
