Hi everyone. My name is Bart and i'm new on the forum.

Yesterday i have received my Phanton 2 V2 which i bought on the official website

I've took it out of the box and found that the battery was deeply discharged, when plugged to the PC it showed as 1%.

I'm a little bit worried about this because lipo batteries should be stored at 30-50% right? And i'm not sure for how long it was like that on the warehouse etc..

What do you think guys? Would it affect the life/performance of the battery?
Should i speak to DJI to replace it for me?

The manual says it should stop discharging at 8.4 Volts .... What is the "Current Voltage"?

I would ask for a new battery since Lipo is dangerous, and yes it could affect your battery lifetime

Did you put it on the charger and leave it on for about 2 hours?

i've charged the battery and it worked fine for 3 fully charges - discharges

today i went flying with fully charged battery and after 10 minutes red lights started to flash so i went home and plugged it to the PC

look what it says:

Percentage of life: 0%
Discharging times: 32517 times

battery dead after 3 uses?

is it not possible that the 'very low state' it got to (per his comment in the original post) has caused the battery to be permanently affected?  his OP said 'battery deeply discharged to 1%'.  i thought that COULD cause a battery to stop functioning properly (which seems like the result he is seeing could be a symptom of that? no?
