i bought a brand new p4 and the battery won't charge.  One led blinks a few times them everything shuts off.  Brand new out of the box.  Not a happy camper. What causes this and what should I do?  Thank you

Where did you purchase the battery?

Had this happen to an Inspire battery at work. We put the battery in the aircraft and checked the battery levels. One of the cells was showing a voltage .1 lower than the other cells. That's a big imbalance. Our thinking is that the battery's brain recognized the problem and wouldn't let it charge. DJI replaced it right away.

P4 won't power up, one led shows upon pushing the button.  I heard it's in hibernation, to send it back.  Battery is brand new came with the p4 I just bought.

When It goes into hibernation, I believe the internal processor has shut down. This may not work, but try going through the power up sequence to switch the battery on without the charger connected, then if it powers up, connect the charger.

Could you happen to provide a small video of what it's doing?

May I know where you purchased it?
If you purchased it from a local authorized dealer, please contact them firstly to check whether you can get a replacement directly since it's brand new.
