Ive recieved my Polar Pro Filters and got to use them yesterday a little bit. I have the ideas on when to use which ND filters based on reading here and a chart I've seen, but I was wondering if there is a chart or a video where I can begin to have a better idea what iso and shutter speeds I should be at when using these in different scenarios. Im new to all that stuff and the small windows without rain have kept me from getting a chance to experiment and figure it out on my own.

The iso level should be as low as possible and the rule of thump for the shutter speed is twice the framerate.
So 1/50 for 24fps and 1/60 for 30fps.

If the image is over or underexposed, try a different filter or try to adjust the iso a little bit but don't go to high as it will generate a lot of noise in your video.
