Despite the fact the it maybe can be done (buy a new cam, a new mainboard, new accu packs, extra sensors ), i really think its much cheaper to sell your P4 and buy a P4 pro..

I dont think you can get a hold of the new parts off the shelf separately due to warranty issues. All guessing, but i bet the "old" boards doesnt have connector sockets for the extra sensors. Aside from the camera which i can understand, why would one need the extra sensors if you already have som flighttime behind you?

I'm gonna go ahead and say that playing Frankenstein *may* get you the results you want but would almost certainly void any warranty.

For as tempting as it may be to retrofit new parts on an older model, I second RUDIMAN's advice.

FWIW, I am in the same boat. Bought a P4 just less than a year ago. I still own it, still like it a lot but had I known the P4 Pro was in the works and that the P4 would be retired so soon, I actually probably would have waited. While I am a DJI fanboy and I am generally at peace with the inevitable rapid technology development/replacement cycle, this doesn't sit well with me.

But hey - if you're upgrading, go for an Inspire!  ;-)

You can't do that.Parts of the P4P are not compatible with the P4.

i just need the p4pro camera to be in my p4.. hahaha

lol..its a no brainer to sell your p4 and buy a pro! How much would you save even if it was possible?
