I ordered my OSMO+ last week and DJI accepted my payment on Feb. 19.  I thought it was weird that I hadn't received a shipping confirmation.  I went into chat and it's apparently out of stock.  I've never seen a company accept payment before the product was ready to ship.  Has anyone heard from DJI on when they think the OSMOs will be going out again?  I just went through all this with the Mavic.  Sigh.

I placed my Order in December 2016. I received all the Osmo Plus accessories, but not X5 Camera. These accessories or worthless without a camera. DJI customer service does not care about there customers.

I'm 5 weeks out from having my full payment charged and like the other guy only got an empty case and few batteries. Yet osmo pro combo is still advertising 2-3 days shipping and online store claims it won't charge till the orders shipped. It seems to be ploy to get you to order bc you think it's coming soon and won't be charged till it does....then they send you a couple batts and an empty case and hold on to your thousands of dollars for as long as they please.

I've reached out 15+ times. They'll tell you to expect an email, that's to make you go away, it ain't coming. They don't actually follow up, just give you a wall to bang your head on.
  
As you see it could be a week, could be 2+ months, anybodies guess.
