I have opened a repair request (CAS-472815-T3C2Y4), but I am very concerned if I will receive my equipment back within 3 weeks.
This is very important for me, because I am currently in Canada, but I will return to Brazil, my country of residence, on March 18 (in 3 weeks).
Changing the return address to Brazil is also not a good option. Brazilian customs charge imported equipment at 60%.
What could be done so that my equipment is returned within that time. This is very important!!!
