the little screen in the lower corner that detect the birds orientation, on a flight today the arrow orientation ws correct but the heading was off by 45-50 degrees, I calibrated the compass before the flight. Any ideas?

You calibrated the aircraft compass or your phone/tablet compass? It was probably your tablet compass that was out.
