I am a little confused by the care refresh process.  So my mavic pro crashed and I need to send it in.  I filed a report and now my case says it is waiting to receive the drone back.

1) I am only sending the camera/gimbal and body of the drone.  Is there any other paperwork that needs to be included?
2) Do they provide a shipping label or do I just go to UPS and send it to.  What is the address that I send it to?  I saw it once, but I can't find it again.  The website is not very easy to navigate.

I didn't get any kind of email when I filed my case/report is that normal?

You will receive an e-mail with the shipping label within 1 to 2 business days.
If you want to replace aircraft with Refresh service, please send in aircraft, gimbal camera, battery and propellers, while if the battery is not safe for shipping, then please take a picture for evaluation.
