Is there an issue with DJI ND filters??

My order was meant to ship yesterday, now support cannot confirm when it will be sent

Strangely the filters are showing out of stock on dji store

Is there a quality issue or fault?

Can anyone from DJI provide some clarity here? my order # 0616807101593

I ordered filter and props with my fly more Mavic bundle, got the Mavic in about 6 days from order, but no word on the rest as well.  I need to follow up with customer service too.

I just received the filter set along with some props and other odds and end from DJI - I ordered them more then a month and a half ago. The filters are a minimalist design.

The frustrating part for me was that all the things I ordered had a shipping range from 3 days (props) to 25 - the long end for the filters, it still took ~45 days. If it had said 45 days, okay.

Very frustrating the shipping time frame is falsely advertised

Ordered filters on the 4th, received on the 28th.

Can you explain why others who ordered after myself have already received theirs?

After countless reports of filters broke at first use I wonder how much of the owners still have them in one piece?

Cancelled my order with DJi, just ordered from another local supplier who has them in stock.

I have the ND filters on order since Jan 21 and still no delivery. At the time of order I believe it said 10-15 days.
Also waiting on the 1345LS mounting plate kits.

I ordered on Jan 28 and still no filters or my extra batts. or props what the hell????

Received my nd filters from a local supplier. Note for next time don't order through dji direct!
