my phantom 4 hit a tower after less than 12 mins total flight time due to a major compass malfunction which luckily was recorded by the drones systems.

Used the DJI online chat to start the repair process. They arranged to collect the drone. It was replaced with what appears to be a brand new one and posted back to me within 2 weeks.

There are a lot of people who seem to have issues with DJI aftercare.....well I have to say, Im delighted, they looked after me perfectly, thanks DJI!

Hi all.I also crashed after 12 min. It was my fault of course. Battery was running low. While landing I got some dumb pop up for Walgreens on phone and it throw something off.while almost landed battery die and my magic drop about 5 feet. I'm not sure how but some how gimbal break off. Can't that get fixed anyone? Can I still fly without it. I'm scared to try any thing. Thanks in advance for Amy advise . cheers

Good for u bro i just hope i get the same treatment. My Mavic fell out of the sky at 175ft above and luckily i was recording at the time of the incident and i uploaded the video to DJI services and sent them the drone so they can check it.  

That sounds great . its so upsetting. I wasnt recording but I'm going to try and upload the GPS flight recording . it says all the weird things that were going on as I tried to regain control.
