UPS says delivered 48hrs ago now and no update from DJI on their system yet.

A quick update on this

Crashed my drone on march 1st
Picked up by UPS march 3rd
UPS delivered march 7th
DJI acknowledged delivery March 9th
Damage not even assessed until March 16th!
Received repair quote March 16th and paid immediately
Payment acknowledged March 17th
Repair, flight test, quality control completed March 24th
Dispatched from DJI March 24th

Not overly happy with how long its taken... BUT... I am happy with the quote. Bearing in mind this crash landed and snapped the gimbal I was expecting a £200+ bill. The actual bill including return shipping (which appears to be free) was £10. Yes just £10! New gimbal bracket and 2 new cables.

Look forward to getting it back in the air!

Hercules Hercules That's cheap! Bet they turned on your camera phone or laptop cam and saw you have gold bars stacked in the safe. Cheng said, he'll be back..

Has anyone had to send back a crash damaged mavic yet? how was the service. I don't have the dji refresh package
