I bought a phantom 3 pro and crashed it...sent it in and recieved a new one...however, the drone loses video at around 250 ft...sent it in again and got ANOTHER one back with the same problem. The first drone flew perfect. Could this be a software issue or maybe app settings? PLEASE HELP!

The firmware for aircraft and remote is up to date, right?
What mobile device you use for aircraft?
Make sure you adjust the antennas to the optimal range and fly it in different open places.

Of coarse I've thought of the completely obvious. At this point I'm looking for my order number for a refund from where I bought it. Dji has had multiple chances to fix it. At this point the product has been a complete waste of time
