Hi ! today i sent my mavic pro to the RMA centre on netherlands becouse it have a fault compass.
The day that i purchased the drone i paid for dji care refresh... today a dji agent told me that the ups note
to send to repair my drone not cover balearic islands on spain.... balearic islands its part of spain.. it is not canary islands
that have diferent politic about the shippings.

Resume... today i paid 49 euros to send my mavic by DHL to netherlands RMA centre... i want to know if this politic
its correct... why i have to pay 49 euros to send to repair my 1600 euros drone... this type of jokes make me very angry
becouse i think its scam the people´s money...

my mavic was delivered to marlon on monday , today on zendesk  SAIF ALI said to me that they dont have my mavic ......................... . i sent m mavic to the adress that dji
sent to me to my email.......... with all the papers inside and the rma word and all this thing......... some one has to clarify this to me
