i sent my prhantom 4 pro in ups sent me a message that dji recieved it on 2/23/2016. when i check progress says it hasn't recieved it yet.  What do i have to do next. thanks

I checked the UPS tracking number, it's delivered on 2/26/2017, it takes several business days to check in and update the system, please do not worry about it and I've informed our repair team for your case, will help you get an update as soon as possible.
