Hello.  I sent my Mavic in for repair.  I have Care Refresh, and I marked the box as instructed.

According to UPS, the unit was delivered to DJI on February 21.  It was not received according to the RepairTraceDetail until February 27.  Since that day, the RepairTraceDetail has said It will take 1 working day to conduct damage assessment. Please wait patiently.  I'm pretty patient, but it has been more than one working day.  Could I please have an update on when I can expect something to happen?

My case number is CAS-450128-C4D2B8.
