Purchased mine on the 18th of March and have not gotten a single email from them other than my receipt the day I bought it.  The 2 to 4 week ship time is clearly incorrect.  They need to work on their communication.

Did you get any emails from dynnex drones?

how tight is the credit for future pay? any idea?  i may not go with dynnex because of the lead time you guys are talking about... but if there are other companies that use them I might be interested... i think that mavic pro would be great on a Kayak trip i am doing next month...

FuturePay is loose in terms credit and financing options. They'll most likely finance whatever drone you want. As for Dynnex Drones, I think it's a good call to avoid them. I, along with many others have had a rough experience with them. Long order fulfillment times,  no tracking info, and a lot of beat around the bush "you purchase will ship soon" responses when inquiring about shipping estimates. I later found that there are a handful of other drone retailers that accept FP as a payment option. Just search drone(s) on FuturePays merchant page and shop around. You have a few options that will surely get you the Mavic before your kayaking adventures.

Hell Yeah! The wait is almost over. Be sure to update both the DJI Go4 app and Mavic before flying. New updates were just released.  Also calibrate the Gimbal and compass before 1st flight. Other than that have fun and be safe!

If I were to buy something over even $100 online I would definitely make sure it's from a trustworthy dealer and has multiple positive reviews. Or even better find somewhere to buy it in store. Wouldn't want my $1600 to go astray due to not researching the seller...

I didn't get DJI care. I found that you have to get it as soon as you purchase the drone (only through DJI). There's another option detailed on DJI's website, if you send them a video of your drone in perfect working condition along with a few other required bits of information, you can obtain DJI care through that post purchase application process. Sounds like a bit of work, but might pay off in the end depending on how you plan to use your drone.

My mavic showed up yesterday. Everything is good. I would recommend dynnex as long as you dont mind waiting a month to get it.

How did you get yours already? Do you live close to California or closer than me? I live in NY.

No additional coverage at this point. I might submit my application for DJI Care once the weather here in Portland clears up and I can get some decent footage of my Mavic in action.
