Serial Number history check

Hi, new owner of a used Pro version.. Any way to check the history/activation date etc by
serial number?

I would contact DJI perhaps on the Service forum , I have not heard of anyone doing that before but I imagine it could be done .

Tips for loading NEW firmware to SD card and transmitter

Do you happen to know what FW you are currently On ? There are certain ways the craft needs to be updated , If not sure , fire up the whole system and go to the 'About" tab on go app and take a screen shot and post it or list it here , I can at least tell you where you stand on the firmware anyway if you wish . The page you want will look similar to this one , it is an example only and has older firmware,

****Remeber to NEVER UPDATE THE RC transmitter BEFORE THE AIRCRAFT......EVER!! Opens up huge can of worms , and be sure you are loading the correct Firmware , you must choose the X5 or the Inspire Pro when doing an update or it wont work . Make sure you never try to load the X5 Raw firimware if you have the X5 , it can cause the camera to point in the wrong direction ! These are just a couple of hints but are the biggies , my tips page covers much more .

Mindy, now that I look at the number with a Magnifying Glass, the sixth letter is a Capital "I" (capital letter of i) after all. So, my number is W21ADI118020254 Sorry for the confusion..
