Please double check the sixth letter should be ''I'' (capital letter of i) or ''1'' (number).
A picture of serial number would be better.

Mindy, now that I look at the number with a Magnifying Glass, the sixth letter is a Capital "I" (capital letter of i) after all. So, my number is   W21ADI118020254   Sorry for the confusion..

Hello. I recently bought what I believed to be a brand new Phantom 4 Pro from a dealer in the UK. I am starting to suspect that this unit is not actually new and has previously been used.

There is flight data on the controller (I have the controller with the screen) dating back to June 2016, the box had clearly been opened previously and some of the protective plastic was missing from the blades.

Please can you give me as much information as you can from the serial number: 0AXCE5X0B30008

I have an Inspire 1 in for repair at the DJI Repair Center out in California.  I just received an update from the repair shop and they gave me the
following S/N(s) when the referenced my copter: W13DDH29060825, W18DCA26010016.  Why are they giving me 2 serial numbers when they
reference my aircraft?  I have another Inspire 1 who's serial number is: W13DDA12060292 can you tell me the date of manufacture?
