I just got my repaired Inspire 2 back from the DJI repair.
all I asked was to have it repaired. but it appears they repalced my Inspire with a refurbished Inspire.
I now have lost my License code that I paid for.
I cannot connect to the assistant sofware, that doent recognize my Inspire.
I cannot re-activiate and no one are DJI support seems to be able to assist.
Does anyone know if there is a way to re-activiate the licesne?

Following!  I recently got mine replaced but haven't tried to figure out the Lic. status etc.  I purchased the Premium combo originally any tips on the process that I should be aware of.  I don't have an SSD yet, will I need that to activate the lic?  I'm fully aware that I can't record in ProRes etc without the SSD, next purchase.

Attach to your computer system and connect to DJI Assistance 2 software app.

click on License " it will show you " if your okay
