Phantom 3 standard, Samsung Galaxy S8+ - DJI go app crashes on startup. App is completely useless, can't fly my drone. If DJI can't get this fixed, how do I return for a refund?
Before the latest update, I was able to get it working by
(1) uninstalling DJI GO for products before P4
(2) install DJI GO for products since P4
(3) open DJI GO for products since P4
(4) close DJI GO for products since P4
(5) re-install DJI GO for products before P4
(6) open DJI GO for products before P4 - works!
Now, with the latest update (2017-06-30) this procedure no longer works. Going to look into returning it if DJI can't get this fixed.
Very frustrating.
