can someone help me decipher what this means. I have had a Mavic for less then 7 days, it was determined by support that I have defective camera because its blurry on right side . . . . they said send it in for repair . . . but I would prefer to get a refund, I'm looking at DJI policy, and I can't quite figure out what this means . . .

2. Refund can be requested under one of the following conditions:
a.When not being used, manufacturing defect of the product was found within 7 working days since of receipt.
