I haven't been able to find this:  How do I control the gimbal speed with my second controler on the inspire 2.  I see the custom settings but it doesn't seem to take when I put it at 50%.

What are the steps please?

I found it, surprisingly under gimbal speed.  (under custom settings of the second controller.
